Worst service eve

I was never contacted to even pick up my vehicle. When trying to make contact with the dealership at 17h30, there was no answer. When trying to pick up the vehicle thereafter, all gates were locked and security was of no help. I had to take a taxi back to work!!! Aaaaand get my pregnant wife to drive 85km in the dark of night to fetch me. I am appalled!! Feel like selling all our toyotas!
