I took my car today for 135 000 km service a Gen 2, for the past 3 years I found myself begging Proton to be picked up back to the garage when my car is ready for collection, fortunately Lizanne has been very helpful in this instance. So today because she is not there, no driver is going to pick me up according to Michelle, and I have highlighted to her that Lizanne always sends a driver for me.
What is very annoying is that for Gauteng has only 3 workshops (Menlyn, Edenvale and Boksburg). Proton Menlyn doesn't even have a courtesy to go an extra mile to fetch their customers as it is such an inconvenience to get to their workshop. Yes it is my mistake i should have done my research before buying the car, if i had known it'll be such a struggle to maintain the car over the years i wouldn't have bought it.
Its guaranteed next service I wont be owning this car.
