Hi Jeremy, I have sent you a copy of the invoice for R9000 for the repair to the Vito I bought from you which had a 1 month Guarantee. On the second day I broke down and was stranded on the side of the road as the vehicle would not run. I phoned you and you said you would get an auto electrical person to contact me. I waited for 2 hours still no call and I could not get through to your phone either. I tried to start the vehicle and as the turbo had cooled down it started and we drove slowly the rest of the way to do the installation. On the way back it did the same thing and we sat stranded again and I still could not reach you that afternoon.
I had a Mercedes Auto Electrical person test it and he said the turbo was over heating and the computer was protecting the engine by shutting down. This cost me R400.00.I called you that evening and you said I was to take it to Turbo Tech in Montague Gardens They said the turbo was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. They sent you the quote to repair the vehicle so as to be able to use it as per your guarantee. Then, when you found out how much it was going to cost, you suddenly refused to pay for the repairs.
