Our BMW 330d 2008 has been in for services at BMW Clearwater for over 45 days. They could not find the fault on the car and contacted BMW Germany to assist them step by step, after we have to phone them to hear whats going on (they phoned sometimes, we need to phone them evertime for feed back) last week we heard that they have to change the fuel system but need to import it from Germany coz they don't have it in stock. Today we phone Bmw Clearwater spares dep and the person told us halfway house has 3 pumps in stock!! After leaving messages for Hennie the Service dep manger to phone us for feed back on the car he just totaly ignore us!! This is not exceptable. Since we bought the car we drove it for 2 weeks and we also want to play around with our new car we bought. Is this Sheer Driving Pleasure?
