I bought a vehicle in April, and was promised the spare key as well as a replacement side mirror. 6 months later I'm still waiting for these! If I dont follow up I get absolutely no feedback. When they eventually respond, they always have an excuse or blame the delay on someone else. How is it possible to wait 6 months to resolve??? Their service! They are a joke!!!
