Nissan South Africa
Vehicle damaged, no resolution

Once again, we need to complain as nothing is done. We bought a new Nissan NV200, 2 months ago. Prior to delivery, vehicle was sent to a "Nissan approved" fitment centre for a, reverse assist system. We stopped in at the centre, and boy were we surprised. Four of the centres staff members were sitting in the rear of the vehicle, some of them sleeping. Since this, it has been discovered, that a panel on the interior has been broken, mounting clips for side panels are broken, and there is a major rattle under the dashboard, by the air bag system. The reverse sensors on the rear, continually fall out. Nissan was informed of this from the onset. Vehicle went in a week ago, and we were promised feedback. To date, nothing. Nissan claim the dash has been mounted incorrectly. If so, why is this not a priority to sort out. You inspected the vehicle a week ago, and I have heard nothing. Must I now take the matter further to resolve this. Replacement parts were ordered almost 2 months ago, for broken panels and clips. If this is the kind of service we are going to receive, and sheer lack of wanting to resolve this issue, rather take the vehicle back, and I will buy elsewhere.
