What's taking so long?

I used t work for FNB. Recently SARS has requested IRP 5 forms from the time I was emplyed by this incompetent institution. I cantacted FNB through the Melvilled brach because, as I was informed by thier call centre. That was a month ago and still no documents. I can't fault th branch employees, as all they can do, is send an email requesting the documents from HR. HR has not replied. I have followed up constantly, no results. This is now getting ridiculous, it can never take a month to find the documents, even if they weren't digital. But they are, so there is truly no excuse. SARS has imposed a penalty on me for every month my documents are not submitted. I wll pass the costs onto FNB for every month they delay this process. I have followed every avenue and now I have to revert to this. They rfuse to give me the direct number to HR, so now I don't know what to do. I am going start getting noisier and noisier, the longer this takes. To the complaints department who is reading this, don't contact me until my documents are ready for my to fetch. You can contact the Melville branch directly, they will know what you are talking about.
