Authorisation not cancelled

Rental ref 162905711, vehicle booked from 21/09/2013 and terminated on 24/09/2013. Vehicle booked through the flight centre. An authorisation of R1500 was placed on my credit card and upon returning the vehicle I was advised the vehicle came back in order with a full tank and the authorisation/ hold would be released. 11 working days later, the hold has not been released and I keep getting told it be be clear in 24 hours
