I booked an entry level car via discover, as i am a gold vitality member i was entitled to a discount. the quote incl the discount was approx R480 or so for 2 days, i collected the vehicle from King Shaka international, retuned the vehicle on time, use less than 250km for both days and with still 1/2 tank petrol. i was charged R1200.00 for this. (p.s the "normal" rental fee for this vehicle plus a full take gas (45L tank capacity - per toyota for the Etios hatch) for 2 days is less than R1200), i send an email to eurpocar customer service and have not received a reply, it been more than 6 weeks now. Disgusting! Rip Off! an i will complain to Discovery also BUT will never use Europcar again!!!
