The wosrt treatment @Audi East Rand

I came in two weeks back (12th of Aug) to drop of my vehicle (an A5 - XXJ) with Jeann Du Toit to sort out the rear automatic blind, engine mountings and engine smoking after it has been brought to the same workshop twice before. Jeann took delivery of the vehicle and drop it at the workshop with Lucas the same day.

Lucas then emailed me on the 19th, a week later after they took delivery on the vehicle and advised me that Jeann would not authorize for him to fix it. I had to drive all the way from Alberton to speak to Pieter De Wet and asked Lucas to show me and Pieter precisely what the issue was which he did. After we were shown the issue, Pieter authorized for the vehicle to get fixed. Why did Lucas not show this to Pieter in the first place before telling me that they were not giving authorization?

From there on Lucas advised me that he will order the mountings, my vehicle needed service and I will get back my vehicle on Thursday afternoon (supposedly the 22nd). I advised him that I had a funeral in Botswana at home and I needed to use the car for this trip. He confirmed with me that I'll take delivery of the vehicle on Thursday afternoon but he was to mail me as I'd
