I lodged a complaint a week ago and received a response that Chris vd Merwe would contact me.
One week later this has not happened, but this is not the first time that I have been treated in this manner by Chris vd Merwe, who seems to think that it is below his station to deal with mere customers.
In my opinion this man is a disgrace to his employer whose record on hello Peter and within the broader motor industry leaves a lot to be desired. Obviously CSI is NOT a factor for this organisation.
