I took my Toyota Yaris CL 57765 on the 17th September 2013 for it's 75 000 km service. Everything seems fine with the service, but it was the condition that I received my vehicle in that made me see RED! It was clear that they left the front windows open during the washing because everything inside is wet. I phoned Me. Melissa Kruger with my complaint but on my arrival back at the garage she already left. I showed two other employees and I was promised that Barloworld Stellenbosch were to come and collect my vehicle to clean and dry it inside. Hence no one had contact me so I phone again at 11H34 on the 18th September and left a message that Me. Melissa Kruger must contact me. In vain...
