I had a scheduled service upgrade recently on my brand new Audi. The performance and attention at the dealership were excellent - the service was overwhelming. But the problem for me was the fact that the R50 or so which I had for small change tips in the car was gone! I think in this case "Finders-Keepers" principle does not apply. In 12 years with Volvo dealerships they always returned the small change to me! I would just expect such honesty from a 10/10 Luxury car dealership.
