Supreme Trading Enterprises
Poor Accounting

Supreme Trading Enterprises, aka Portabuild Sanitaton & Modular Buildings, sucked our french drain in August of 2010. I paid a deposit of R324 upfront and the outstanding amount of R1134, 44 on the day of the service. I sent proof of both payments to their accounts department. At the end of August I started receiving invoices stating that I owe them R1846, 80. I queried it immediately and the MD discovered a mistake and recalculated the transaction at only R45.55 outstanding which I then paid. However, their accounting department kept on sending me invoices and after numerous phone calls, emails, registered mail and a visit to their offices, all in an effort to get their accounts department to realize that all outstanding moneys have been paid, I received a call from a debt collector last November 2012, two years after the service was delivered, informing me that I have been handed over for the collection of R 1459.36. I emailed my proof of payments to the debt collector who then sorted the situation out with Allan at Supreme Trading Enterprises who confirmed that the account is now closed. Today I received an invoice from Supreme Trading Enterprises for the same R1459.36!!!
