This Company has the worst attitude towards clients that I have ever come across. I received a Pro forma invoice from PRO TRADING this morning, paid it and emailed the proof to the same address I received the invoice from. I received the read receipt from PRO TRADING 40 minutes later. We pay for goods in advance, yet after receiving proof of payment they still sent our Workshop Manager away because they do not read their emails. Then when I called, Maggie made one excuse after the other and finally found my mail but still did not admit her mistake and instead became very indignant. This is very unprofessional!
