I took my car in for repairs for Hail Damage. When I collected the car, I noticed that one of the covers that close the screws on my boot spoiler was missing. The Employee at West Rand Panelbeaters acknowledged it must have gone missing during the repair process. He indicated he would look into the matter and give me a call to arrange the delivery of the replacement part. To this date I have received no feedback. I have called them and sent numerous e-mails.
Still no response!!!
