Accident damage still not paid since 14 July 2013

One of the dealer employees smashed into my stationery vehicle in a company vehicle on 14 July 2013. To date, after all paperwork done and them agreeing to pay for damages have still not been able to have my vehicle repaired pending their payment.

In the meantime, my vehicle that is used in my business stands idle and not earning income resulting in loss of income to me.
