I had almost given up on buying a Renault

My experience began at Renault in the Glen, where it soon became evident that I know more about the vehicle I was purchasing than the sales person. It ended with such rudeness that my business partner suggested we leave and we went to Meadowdale, for instance, I was told that the new Duster had cruise control, when in fact it is one of the few features it does NOT have.

We arrived at Meadowdale to be greeted by a very friendly, customer focused Trudy, she knew all the facts and figures and proudly told me that they had been given training on the new model.

The cars were had not yet been allocated to the dealerships, and I wanted a red one. Trudy and Charlene kept in touch with my wife, and a red one was ordered even before we had completed all the formalities.

We were phoned as soon as the vehicle arrived in store, and the next day it was ready for collection.

WHAT A PLEASURE!!!

We met the management and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and CUSTOMER FOCUSED! a rare commodity these days, I look forward to many years of dealing with Renault Rout 24 and by the way, I LOVE my new wheels!
