Ford wont replace parts

I bought a rear right hand side light for my car and was issued with an incorrect left hand side one. I called them and was sold to return it. When I did, not realising that the light was slightly broken, they refused to give me the right one. I asked them to play back their camera to check if it was given to me in a right condition as it was not entirely opened at the time of purchase, even though but the box was cut open. The gentlemen working at the receiving department took me to his manager called Mark Franklin who bluntly refused to play back the camera. This light was bought broken as there are no pieces of it broken on the box.
