Questionable Management

I bought a car from hyundai in July. the sales person over promised and underdelivered. i had issues with my car in the first 2weeks of owning it. i spent more time in the dealership than driving my car. eventually the car was taken in for fixing not to my satisfaction. Whilst it was in the dealership, it was brought to my attention that the car that was said to have had a 30 000km service, didnt have, as i have no record of it and also that my warranty was not loaded. the stuff that was meant to be fixed on my car was something that needed to be ordered with in a week. it has been over a month and not a single person has contacted me. i have been busy with an audit at work hence i did not have time to follow up. CUstomer service in this country seems to be such that if you dont follow up, it will not be done. i escalated it to management at the time, however it sees that they are more questionable than the subordinates. i require a solution as i am very disappointed and unhappy as i spent alot of money on the purchase of the vehicle. i feel as though hyundai over promised and under delivered.
