I had to pay for my service despite the fact that I have a service plan, they then said okay they will refund me, but not fully, as one of the things they did is not covered in the plan, but I was not asked if it should be done.
On the day of pick up they said they will refund me the remaining money after deducting for the one service. I finished them with all the requested detail.
Two weeks later I stopped by; they told me it would be the next day.
A month later from giving the documents to them I still haven't received anything; I sent a follow up email, no response twice.
I called again this morning and was told it will be done... but no guarantee.
I have always received great service form them, but this is the unacceptable!
