No Car since 4/11/2013, still under waranty

My vehicle's engine failed on 4/11/2013 - over heated - 2011 model, still under warranty - 105000km warranty. They tried their utmost best to have all tests done to prove that it is not a warranty claim. We have tried many a time to follow up on when we can get the vehicle back, they claim they need to replace the engine and are awaiting engines. Well. to say the least, we are still with out car, and my daughter had to go back to university without a vehicle and arrange alternative transport. We did complain to them via telephone and web site, but except for one call, no reply. I also see they do not even reply to Hello peter complaints. I will NEVER do any business with Hyundai again - nice vehicles and promises, but poorest service I have ever experienced, even worse than Budget insurance and Ryobi.
