Vanessa went the extra mile to make sure that I get exactly the vehicle that I needed and was very willing to negotiate the how the deal was done. When I came in to collect my new car she gave made me aware that the spare key has been bent and promptly ordered a new one before I even noticed. While we were waiting for the final paper work she connected my phone with the cars blue tooth and showed me exactly how it worked. Because the transaction happened at the end of the month, my previous debit order still went off. Vanessa new about this and already had a plan of action to reimburse me for that amount. Best service ever.
