I am very disappointed in the service I have received from Renault Pietermaritzburg. I have visited the branch twice and each time the staff promised me they will get back to me. I requested a spare hands free key card, a small rear interior cover and the driver's seat-belt connector.
Each time I receive a different excuse. Either there are no key cards or there was a change in staff. If you ask me they are trying to delay assisting me because I am still covered under a motor plan and they would rather have me paying for it.
