Incompetence at Renault

I am sooo unhappy with the service i have recieved thus far from the renault in woodmead. this is the second time im receiving bad service. i thought i would give them a second chance and they just proved their incompetence- AGAIN.

so i called there yesterday 18/06/2013- to ask for a price on a spare part- i tell the guy im looking for a tensioner (and i explain exactly where its going which is at the fanbelt) and i give him a part number- 8200104754 he asks what size and is it for the fan belt? also AFTER i gave him my VIN number he asked what car it is???..
15 minutes later he gives me a price of R2300... this guy then promised to get back to me with the price of HOW MUCH they will charge me for the labour of installing this spare part- only to call me 1 hour later to confirm again if its for a fan belt tensioner...

... i am still waiting for the labour price 24 hours later.

as im closer to Woodmead i really need to find out how much they're going to charge me.
