No Petrol filled in car but i paid for it

Went on a Sunday afternoon 21 July at 13:47 to fill my car with R100 Petrol at the BP Garage in Thornton 58 Cypress Street. when i the started the car i found that there was no petrol filled in. Called the petrol attendant and he told me there is nothing that he can do coz he has filled in the petrol. i drove away thinking it will eventually pick up, but it never did. Drove back to the garage and he told me i'm not the 1st customer to experience that problem.
