Our telephonic conversation 23/01/2013 we agreed that you would perform a major service on my Citroen C3 car oN 25/01/2013 for 795.00 & also report on the water leak. But when I booked the car that was not the case I further agreed that I would pay a 590.00 fee of labour for the water pipe and a fee for the pipe but none of this was done on my car let alone receive professional service from you as a customer. When I requested that I be given my car back so that I can send it to a garage that will deliver I was told by you that the car was not in a drivable state the pipe was damaged further whereas when I brought in my car it was still in a drivable condition (the pipe that is) There was no communication of my car being retained overnight nor did you bother providing a courtesy call to explain or apologise I was deeply inconvenienced as I was working a night shift & had no means of transport to travel to work after I had run around the whole day doing your job looking for parts. I will express once again that I am very disappointed in the manner I was treated by you worst is the fact that you laughed in my face when I broke down in tears its been 2days & no car & not serviced
