Volkswagen
CORRUPT DEALER

I bought a Mini Cooper S from Lenasia VW, within a month, the car started giving me trouble, the car idled too high and then too low and cut off, the handbrakes weren't working, the brakes screeched and the clutch and pressure plate seemed to be near end of life as it continued to make an extremely loud screeching noise when pulling away. When purchasing the vehicle, it was promised to me that if I was not happy within 6 months after purchasing, I could gladly swap the Mini for something else that they had!!! They said they would fix all faults on the vehicle but refused to accept the quote of R30, 000.00 from Mini itself because they didn't have that kind of money at disposal, instead kept the car for a full month! Put over 1500km on the clock, buckled the wheel, stone chips & scratched the car! I have been reporting them since last year and still have not had any outcome, they have been reported to VW South Africa and the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa, I have also lodged a complaint with the finance house! They are a bunch of corrupt sales people and should never be trusted! They have truly conned a 1st time buye
