Terrible Service

I purchased an Audi A1 in December 2012. Firstly the contract was incorrect due to the fact I was charged for a features that were not done & I never requested. The funds have still not been refunded to me or my finance company its been 9 months now. Secondly I took out a paint & chip policy. I still do not have a copy of it & subsequently have not been able to use it once a month as I am allowed to. Thirdly I was not given a spare keg, owners manual & service record books. After numerous phone calls & kept being told that they had been given to me. Six months down the line the spare key was found locked away in one of the safes. Apparently the books were in another safe which no one had the key for the day i was there. I was promised that they would be delivered to me the following week. That was 4 months ago. I have been continuously phoning the sales manager Paul Rustenberg who is never available. I have left numerous messages which have never been returned.
Today I managed to speak to a new manager & she has promised to get things sorted. I await with baited breath.
Please think twice before buying your next vehicle from Audi Northcliff
