On 18/9 my payment at Postnet Rustenburg went through their machines twice (pin code entered twice) as the shop assistant could not work the bank machine.
I picked up that I had been charged twice for one transaction.
I get told to go fetch the money from the branch (I live in Fourways!!!) and have given my account details and now still await a refund!
I will put this all over social media! Do yourself a favour and refund me for your UP!!
