Hi, my complain with the above office is still pending with reasons "your file is on the queue" - i have not received any response after my numerous phone calls to the office requesting feedback. i bought a 2nd hand car from KIA Roodepoort and it has no proper service history, moreover the original service book was not handed to me. There were disturbing sounds when I swung the steering wheel to either direction, the lights and mostly petty things which made me feel very unsafe. I was told to hand the vehicle for checking, I was informed the sound came from the base bracket which the warrantee lady Rentia dealt with and the claim was rejected due to missing service history. When I took delivery of the vehicle with 118 000km, i was told it was fully serviced. The story changed when I insisted on being issued with the vehicle's service book. The last service was done on the 27th Sept 2012 at 135 000km, meaning 90 000 as well as 120 000 were not done. After the service, Joe indicated to me that all the problems which were
on the car had be fixed. These include the defects which I had indicated when I took possession of the car. few weeks the diesel tank was leaking
