Not cleaning car properly after service

This is the second time that I have had my car in for a service at Kia Silverton. This was for the 30 000km service. The front of house is good, the booking in of car fast and effective, keeping me updated as to the progress of the service great.
The collection of car good, UNTIL I OPEN THE CAR!!! Again the car badly washed and clean, especially on the inside. This happened the first time too. I was fine with it the first time as I was the one putting pressure on them as I needed the car. Today there was no pressure to get the car back, yet is was a still very dirty on the inside. The manager (I think) came out to look, he took photos and said sorry it will not happen again. BUT it did happen again. This is the second time. There was still dirty water in the cup holder and the rubber mat that go into the cup holder was gone. The person who came to me, just walked to the Kia sportage standing next to mine and took the mat out of that one and said he will order another one for that car. HUH??
I feel that the quality of the service is determined by the full package, from start to finish and someone is suppose to quality assurance to ensure that standards are met. DISAPPOINTING AGAIN
