I was pleasantly surprised. After having HORRID service at the service centre at Menlyn Kia aka multi franchise I read bad comments about the Silverton and Centurion branches as well, but Kia Silverton were wonderful. Clean workshop, well-behaved staff. They didn't have my booking but they made a plan and delivered within a few hours... SO much better than my Menlyn experience. They also washed the car inside and out and were willing to drop me off and pick me up since I live nearby. Also, they didn't scratch my paint work like the Menlyn branch did (Menlyn branch started ignoring my requests to have the car collected for paintwork buffing).
