On tuesday 25 June I took my car to get washed at Engen. I know that the outside is done first, then the inside. Usually I get the outside done, then leave my car there for 45 mins for this inside. On 25 June I sat waiting for 20 mins before anyone even spoke to me. Then they said the taxi's would take a long time, so they would do the inside first. I left my car there for an hour and a half, expecting to come back and have the outside done and leave. However, when I returned the car had only been vacuumed. Nothing had been wiped or cleaned. Timothy said that it would take a further 45 mins to do the outside and start cleaning the inside. This is a total of 3 hours. This is the third time that I have had shocking service here. And the last time I will ever use Engen.
