BRMI biased against the consumers

Had a meeting today the 18/09/2013 to resolve a complaint. Deon from RMI called a meeting at 2pm, and I was at the garage on time with my mother and brother as they also involved. Deon came late to the meeting after 40min, by then already came to an agreement with the owner as he took responsibility, he Deon without appology then requested we proceed with meeting and informed him an agreement reached, during the meeting I was mocked, humilated, lauged at me infront the owner. We still speaking he stands up call the owner outside the door and heard the laughing. During the meeting tells the owner he doenst need to pay anything and the damaged of R25 grand is cheap, when asked how much I could afford at the time laughed and mocked me. He humilated my mother and brother, told me I have no chance in a legal battle. Told the owner and me whatever he agrees to do is a gesture of GOODWILL. We showed our dissatisfaction and yet still arrogant, even when the owner told him he felt responsible. I have never experienced anything like this before, how can he be a mediator, I was financially discriminated, right to dignity shreaded, lauged by both parties. I am so angry and stressed out.
