New client will take business elsewhere

I have never been so disgusted with the service we received from Barloworld Alberton. Sales person Jurie. We were about to buy a new Ford Kuga. After we submit the paperwork to the finance department we were notified that they request our personal income and expense details. This transaction was done through the business. Our personal income and expenses has got nothing to do with the finance side. We bought another car 4 months ago. We got the impression that the staff is not very competent. Every single time we had to call them for a update. For a new client preparing to spend money this is totally not acceptable. After everything we were told today (finance side was approved) that there is no stock? We were told there is stock. Nobody communicate with each other and after my husband was told there is stock (he sat in the car) he was told it's sold? Monday he emailed Jurie to cancel the deal. But Tuesday after a few calls said to the finance department that they must proceed with the deal. If Jurie knew there is no stock he must have informed us. But never did. He did not even respond to my husbands email Monday. BAD!! Pathetic service!!! I am totally disgusted!
