Hello!

In 2010 June my husband and I had purchased a "brand new" Renault sandero, despite all the ups and downs, all the delays and bad service we had to take the car because when we asked for another car that is straight from the main company they refused! this was our first "new car"! 3 years later we decided that we would now trade it in for the new Clio! but when we went to the Renault dealers and got our car evaluated we were told that the car was in and accident, which was not true we never met with an accident! If we did have an accident we would get it fixed with outsurance money! Anyways when all points are put together we have been driving a second hand car and paying the price of a new car for 3 years! the Renault dealers at wonderwaters are messing around and unable to fix there mess!!! we have been trying to fix this problem for 6 months now!! we are fed up!!! we want a solution now. I will really appreciate if you can only find us a solution. Hope to hear from you soon.
