My Renault clio could not start all of a sudden one saturday afternoon. I never had a proplem with my car for almost a year since i bought it but one day i drove to work in the morning, when i knock off the car couldnt start, we thought it could be a battery, tryed charging the battery but it never worked. I got the car towed to the nearest mechanic in my area who had just connected the car to a certain machine reader that diagnosed that the transponder on my car was faulty. we then took the car to Northcliff Renault dealer as the mechanic advised me that he does not have resources to programme a new transponder that i will have to buy. i started by calling Renault dealer and they confirmed the price of buying the part and the labour cost and that it takes 2days maximum to get it done. It's already 5days now without any feedback from there and my car is still with them. we went with the mechanic to the dealer this morning to find out from their mechanics whats taking them so long, the mechanic responsible Gert refused to come explain the problem to us and told the receptionist who was helping us Matilda to advise us that they dont know the problem on my car, im not willing 2pay ext
