Pathetic Attitude & No Service!!

I was recently in an incident where i needed a courtesy car through my Insurance. I was directed to Avis as the car rental company. First impressions where wonderful, they phoned me on the day that i booked with the insurance. I got told that they only accept a cash deposit of R750.00 that i need to present when the car would be dropped off at the panel beaters. At the panel beater, the gentleman Henry from Avis said he doesn't accept cash at all and that i must swipe. Irritated as i was he finally changed his tune and allowed me to pay cash, he told me to phone in and give in my banking details so i can be refunded when i return the car. The lady i spoke to said it will take four days to be refunded. Today is the 8th day. I had to phone in this morning to get your company to refund my deposit which i'll only get 5 days after today. When i had the rental car, the battery died, another notch in your belt, when i phoned for assistance the gentleman on the phone had no idea what to do so i took it on my own. People need to be trained to stop sending YOUR customers on round abouts. It is ridiculous that YOUR customer has to phone in to put a fire under their chairs. Pick up the slack!!!
