I was and am still expecting my Discoverycard to be delivered to me by yesterday, they had called prior to Wed to make an appointment. I work a 10pm-7am shift and I requested they rather deliver to my work address as that's more convenient in the case I miss them should I go home, unfortunately I never received my card and they called me to let me know that they were going to attempt a delivery today between 11am-12am. For the whole of this morning I kept calling them continuously to arrange that the driver come a little earlier, yet again I was promised plenty of callbacks and no one called, I had to ring both the JHB and CT branch constantly. Atfer 12am I decided to make the phone call and the lady who responded told me that thus far my appointment had NEVER been rescheduled and that I would not be receiving my card unless I re-scheduled an appointment for MONDAY of all days! Due to the fact that I had no other option of fetching the card myself of leaving someone else to sign on my behalf I'm stuck having to make the great trak to work to get my card. It would've been ideal for them to offer to deliver TODAY!
