I have tried to cancel my membership, have sent an email to them a while ago stating i wish to cancel my membership,
i received messages for some time and ignored them thinking it was residual from having an account, but this afternoon i received a bill from them for R298.50,
but i haven't ordered anything and to my knowledge my membership was cancelled months ago.
i have sent an email to them again, to both of the email addresses ont their website, hopefully they respond,
you get an automated reply and a REF number but no-one replies, my first email that was sent months ago, and same thing this time round too
ive heard complaints about wrongfull deliveries from friends, but this is a first for me
