I got off to a bad start with this company after buying a 2nd hand car which caused me no end of problems; On returning the vehicle I was at first fobbed off by a man with quite a bad attitude. I returned a week later hoping that they could redeem themselves somewhat. I was met by a fabulous sales guy Joshua who helped me to find a car that was right for me (not like the previous guy who was trying to push me to buy a car that he obviously wanted rid of). Once I had decided on the car I wanted, Ilona the sales manager took over and I found her extremely professional, courteous and very helpful. Its so nice to do business with people who are happy in their work and are not out to rip you off. The finance was arranged by Terrie who again was a pleasure to deal with, keeping us informed all the way through. They all went the extra mile to ensure buying a car this time was a pleasurable, stress free experience. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.
