I would like to express my gratitude towards the staff at The Gateway branch, I purchased a TV which gave me endless problems, I was promptly contacted by the Sales Manager shortly after reporting the problem, he was professional, honest and possibly one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with in retail. He then referred me to The Assistant Sales Manager, who was equally helpful. If every store had staff which were this courteous and fair towards clients, the world would be a happier place. I am happy with the arrangements they have made to resolve my problem, and grateful that they took the extra mile. I will gladly shop at this store again.
