Bad service

On 15 August 2013 I took my GWM Florid to GWM Centurion for the 30, 000km service.
When my fiance went to collect the car, there were 3 scratches on the door (which they did not tell him about - he had to "discover" this himself.
They agreed to fix this.
On 05 September 2013 we took my car back to get this fixed (as well as the power steering pump). At around 3pm I received a call saying that the spray work was just done (but that it was not a good job) and that they will only be able to do the pump the following day.

To say the spray work was bad is an understatement AND they drove my car to another company (doing the spray work) without my knowledge.

When I went there on 06 September 2013 to sort this out and resolve the assistant at the counter rolled her eyes at me and stated that they will be driving my car in the future as well (I must just take note).

The bad service, bad attitude, damage to my car, not resolving matters is just unacceptable when my car is only 1 year old.

I am still waiting for the manager from the Service Department to call me back to get my car fixed (as the spray job is still not close to properly done and the power steering is still giving problems)
