My mother bought a new Chery J2 in Boksburg. She drove the car 12 days then the car start leaking oil, the brakes not very good, make a funy noise. We took the car back ans said we want a new car but they refused and said it has to go in for repairs. I demand a loan car, with a huge fight from our side they gave my mother a loan car. No one got back on how far the car is when I phone the salesmen is no longer working there and the manager he just say he will phone us back. I phoned head office then Refiloe said Riaan don't want to fetch the car from the place where they fixed it. I just phoned him again he said he is waiting for someone to call him back regarding the car then they will sent someone to collect the car. My argument is how do you buy a new car and not even a month the car has to go in for repairs don't they need to replace the vechicle. We pay a lot of money for that vechicle.
