Purple turtle moves has pathetic customer service

On 7 June 2013 I signed with Purpleturtle moves to transport a lounge suit from Randburg to Port Shepstone. My goods arrived on 11 June but had been damaged in transit. The leather was scratched and ripped in certain areas. The truck that arrived at home was from TimeFreight which meant that the job was subcontracted! When I signed the acceptance and quote, I ensured that I had R100 000.00 insurance cover. I made contact with Niel from the purpleturtle who assured me that the insurance company will be contacted. I have had a series of excuses and evasion since then to now with absolutely no finality on the issue. I don't know where I stand currently. I contacted Outsurance myself and was told that the claim was finalized however ethically they could not tell me the decisions of the claim. Marco has since said that the matter was now with Directors of the company as they were investigating how damage could have occurred and were interviewing staff in this regard. I feel that I am getting the latter end of the deal here and need assistance in bringing those at fault to task and clearly to own up to the damages and honour their customer care and satisfaction policy. 3.5 months has passed.
