On 06/04/2013 I ordered an ignition and starter and was promised by Bennie that I would get it within three days and that the ignition comes with two keys. After three days I went to collect and was told by Bennie that the driver is on his way and they would deliver the next day. After not hearing from him the next day, I went there on the Friday and got the starter and now was told that the ignition that I was told was in stock has to come from France and will take another ten days, after struggling to find my order in their system. After not hearing from them for two weeks, I went there and was given an ignition with NO KEY. Apparently NOW it comes without any key, not two as i was promised. I returned it the following day as my key does not work on this new ignition. After another two weeks, I was told that they have reordered it from France again and have to wait some more. On Friday 31/5/2013 after scurrying around I was given another ignition, again with no promised key. AGAIN my key does not work on that. I now have to return it to them again, without the use of my car which my work rely on as I need to visit clients and not having the use of my car mean I AM LOSING MONEY!
