Insurance Pay out = NEW TV!!! I recently moved from Tanzania back to South Africa as I was on assignment and used Purple Turtle Movz. The service from the get-go was suburb.
When my things arrived, my TV stand bottom had smashed, the rep from Purple Turtle did advise me to crate my fridge and TV but I didn't think it necessary as they offered free insurance... i was wrong!!
They sent out someone to come and evaluate my TV and I had to produce originally receipts which was a nightmare but a I managed to submit my claim and got my TV replaced within 8 weeks!!
I was not expecting that at all but very pleased with the service and the outcome.
