We bought a new Ford Focus 2L TDCi from Novel Ford, Goodwood which was delivered on 1 August 2013. From the start we obversed faults on the vehicle and reported it. The car was in for repairs on numerous occasions but they are still struggling to fix it and they about the job being completed. Front brakes and disks were replaced. The smash and grab on the back window was replaced 3 times and now they are replacing the whole window. Finger marks on the roof lining - tried to clean but now awaiting a new one. Back brakes they did not want to replace but will do so now (on order as well). They collected my car on Monday to replace the back window, however, I still don't have it back on Wednesday and will now only be receiving it on Thursday whilst they told me on Tuesday that they replaced the window and it should stay overnight to make sure that its done properly. On Wednesday morning they were again replacing and on Wednesday afternoon they were still replacing! What a mockery! I can get no joy from Novel, not even from management.
