MISREPRESENTATION/POOR RESPONSE

I PURCHASED A CAR THROUGH DRIVE-A-NEW CAR SALES A SYBSIDIARY OF SATINSKY GROUP.
I SUBMITTED ALL THE DETAILS THEY REQUIRED, WITHIN 3 DAYS GOT AN SMS CONFIRMING THAT MY CAR DEAL WAS APPROVED, I HAVE TO SEND THEM MY DRIVERS LICENCE, PAYSLIP, PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT.PROOF OF ADDRESS, WHICH I DID.
IN A FEW DAYS GOT AN ELECTRONIC MESSAGE STATING ONE OF THEIR CONSULTANTS WILL CALL ME TO EXPLAIN TERMS&CONDITIONS, THEY DID.
IN A FEW MORE DAYS ANOTHER ELECTRONIC CONFIRMATION CAME THROUGH CONFIRMING DETAILS OF THE COLOUR, MODEL, YEAR&OTHER DETAILS.
THE LAST MESSAGE WAS A CONFIRMATION THAT THEIR DELIVERY DPT.WILL CALL ME WITHIN 48 HRS TO DELIVER MY CAR AT MY DOORSTEP ON CONDITION THAT I SEND PROOF OF INSURANCE COVER.
I CONTRACTED MIWAY INSURANCE COMPANY JOBURG FOR THE COVER&iINSTRUCTED THEM TO SEND THE CONFIRMATION.
I HAVE TRIED TO GET RESPONSE OF WHICH THERE IS NONE SO FAR, MY DILEMMA I AM ABOUT TO BE DEBITED FOR THE 2ND PREMIUM WITHIN A WEEK FOR A CAR THAT IS NON-EXISTENT.I AM PAYING INSURANCE FOR A CAR I DO NOT HAVE.
